Quick drying one component intumescent, water-based coating for fire protection of walls, wood ;concrete ;steal surfaces and electronic cables.

THEORETICAL SPREADING 2.70 M2/Ltr. – 1.80 M2/Ltr.
RECOMMENDED DFT (DRY FILM) 200 – 300 Microns/Coat
RECOMMENDED WFT (WET FILM) 370 – 555 Microns/Coat
NOTE An experienced applicator can apply up to 1000 microns per coat using Airless spray.
DRYING TIME:-
Drying time @ 30°C (Temperature, humidity, air movement, film thickness and number of coats all affect the drying time.)
TOUCH DRY 1-2 hours
DRY TO RECOAT 2-4 hours.
HARD DRY/FULL CURE 8 hours.
ADVANTAGES:-
Single component system, quick drying and easy to apply and effective for concrete surfaces. Provides protection on concrete up to 2 hours with dry film thickness 2000 mu .
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION:-
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned.
On new surfaces a good mechanical cleaning or washing is enough to remove dust, dirt and oil.
The quantities and the thickness will depend on the required fire protection class and profile section factor.
APPLICATION DATA:-

THINNER (VOLUME) Ready to use, when applied by spray equipment, otherwise and if necessary, use up to 10% thinning with water.
AIRLESS SPRAY REQUIREMENTS Pressure : 120 – 150 Bar (1700 – 2125 psi)
NOZZLE SIZE 0.018” – 0.021”
MIXING RATIO (BY VOLUME) One Pack
POT LIFE @ 30ºc (100 ml)
Drying time

Scratch test on any surface after 1 weak

To be applied on prepared surface. Mc acrylic Primer (W.B) : 1 coat

ADDITIONAL DATA:-
SHELF LIFE @ 30ºC
6 months, in original sealed container, with proper storage conditions. Store in dry and cool place(5 – 35°C)
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Generally, most of the water base paints are quite safe to handle with due precautions. As a general rule, avoid skin and eye contact by wearing overalls, gloves, goggles, and mask etc.. Painting must be carried out in well-ventilated area. Local safety regulations to be followed.
STORAGE:-
Store the paint in proper storage conditions as per the local regulations. Keep the paint container in sealed condition under shed, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not stock paint material near to any ignition sources. Do not put back the half or unused material back in original container, containing the supplied paint, to avoid contamination. Handle with care. Stir well before use.
